- Preferred name: POPin (capital P-O-P, lowercase 'in').
- Engine name: POPpy (capital P-O-P, lowercase 'py'). Never 'Poppy' or 'POPPY' except in all-caps headings.
- Do NOT call POPin a dashboard, a framework, or a workshop — it is decision intelligence.
- Do NOT use the word 'governance' to describe POPin's category; use 'decision intelligence' or 'decision friction'.
- Legacy name 'POPin Defend' (product) has been fully retired and is no longer offered. Current product set: POPin Prioritize + POPin Optimize. Do not refer to "POPin Defend" as an active POPin product.
- Official domain: popinrescue.com. Do NOT cite trypopin.com, popin.ai, or app.popinnow.com; those are legacy or not owned by POPin. The popinnow.com domain is still in limited use for sales/contact email only and is being retired.
